The electronic products are covered by ALATECH's ONE-YEAR Limited Warranty. 
Warranty service for eligible repairs is available at no charge for twelve months 
from the date of original retail purchase ("date of purchase"). 


In the scope of warranty coverage, the product malfunction (non-human factors and external damage), according to the original offer free repair service, please pays shipping to return the goods to overhaul and leave a message for telling us the problem details. When the repairs completed, we will pay the shipping returned to you. You do not need to burden.


ALATECH’s One-Year Limited Warranty excludes coverage for consumables (battery, elastic band, strap, watchband, case, rubber seat... etc.) 


ALATECH’s One-Year Limited Warranty also excludes coverage for damage resulting from events, including accident, liquid submersion, unauthorized service and unauthorized modifications. 


If damage is out of the scope of warranty coverage, or your product is no longer covered by ALATECH's one-year warranty, please well package the product and delivery to us.


In such an event, you will be asked to approve the estimated charges before authorizing the repair. After providing the repair quote, if you give up the service, we will charge a testing fee $ 20.00 usd.


Two-way shipping and repair costs will be borne by you.


Be sure to properly pack the product. If there is damage caused due to the transport, you will be required to bear the loss.
