Shopping FAQ

So far, ALATECH GLOBAL accepts PayPal only. 

However, there are many payment ways with PayPal. 

You do not need to have PayPal account.

You can pay with credit cards, debit cards, bank accounts or PayPal balance (whichever is applicable).

PayPal Acceptance Mark

When you are logged in to your account, you can track the status of your order by clicking on the “My Account” button and then the “Track My Order” button. You will then see the latest update of the status of your order.

All international deliveries are sent by International Express and will take between 3-10 working days to arrive. 

From start to finish, ALATECH team try our best to ensure that the product you receive is in perfect condition. 

However, if you find you have received an item that is in some way faulty, we will of course exchange it for you ASAP. Please contact our customer service team via contact us. We will then organise to replace your item.

Purchasing our products online is fast and simple.

Start by Clicking the "Product". Then all you need to do is browse and select your items. Once you have completed your shopping adventure, click on "My Shopping Cart" at the top right hand corner of the page and proceed to "Checkout".
